Well, I have a confession: I bought a lot of her product line. I actually went a bit crazy for it. The day her cooking line was launched I bought so many prettying things On-Line. Then what it launch in the stores, I went to 3 different Wallmarts looking for her items. I know what a horrible mom to drag all her kids around for your obsession but we actually had a lot of fun doing it.
I bought things for me, christmas gifts, birthday gifts, you name it I was buying it. LOL
When we got home, I wanted to use my items right away. I order the kids to remove bar code stickers immediately and off they went to work. As I was piling them in the dishwasher, we notice something a bit odd. A bit funny. A bit unordinary.
Now I don't know if it's because my kids are at an age that some of their workbooks have this activity game in them (you know where they give you few of the same images and you have to find what is different about them, sometimes they are obvious and sometimes very hard. I can't stand it when they are so hard you are straining your eyes to find them. I love the semi obvious type) Anyway, I thought it would be fun for you to play the different/similar game with my purchase.
So here you go!
Q:Which one is different and why?
GO ahead tell me.
Okay so it's obvious.
A:the blank one
But isn't that funny?
When we pilled off the stickers on the bottom, you should have seen my kids and I laugh so hard.
We couldn't believe we got the lucky one.
It didn't get stamped.
Unique and Special.
Honestly, at first I was a bit taken back by it, unsure if I should keep such a missing mark. The more I thought about it the more it's uniqueness made it all the more coveted.
I even wrote to the pioneer woman with a picture and all. They never commented but I bet one day this will be more valuable in the collections. Right? Okay maybe I am stretching it here. LOL
So what does this have to do with anything.
Nothing just fun. Be a kid, lighten up. Well, I did think of something relatable.
So here it goes.
You know our difference in our personages makes us unique and valuable. Sometimes we can think these difference are making us less value, yet that isn't the case at all. I remember my sister telling me how she thought this ladies different feature actually set her apart as more beautiful. I remember first thinking that's odd. But the more and more I thought about it, it is true. Our uniqueness makes us well a more beautiful us.
Be blessed to know that your are unique. There is only one of you. You were made for this time. You were born for today, just the way you are.
Blessings.
Hope you had fun with this. I did.
