Here is a little tip into my morning routine.
Of Course this is not an everyday thing because I still enjoy my pancakes, granola, and my oatmeal and the occasional bagel, but this is my go too most mornings.
I start with Arbonne's Choc protein powder.
I like it because it's non Whey (so you don't feel bloated) and it's easy to dissolve. (you can even use water). It's also formulated for those who have diabetes can drink it too. I just feel good when drinking it.
Secondly, I add Terra Greens from Do Terra. I like that I am adding a bit of green goodness to the shake in addition to what it already provides. (Now this step does add a green taste, so if you don't want that green taste in the morning you can leave it for another time in the day.)
Thirdly, I add half a banana. I love what banana's do for the body and I love love love them in my shake. It adds just enough firmness to make it shake like.
Fourthly, I get naughty. Yes, don't judge after all I got to live. I add Chocolate almond milk and water and ice to incorporate it all together. As if Chocolate couldn't get any better.
Fifthly, For those true crazy food experts and health coaches, I encourage you to stop right here in the blog and go do a work out or something. But for those who are like me and love to eat wonderful things, I add my cherry on top. No not a cherry, but a spoonful of Almond Butter. YIPPPEE
It makes me happy just thinking about it.
So with all that in my handy dandy bullet, I blend the goodness together and raise a glass to the "healthy" morning start to my day.
