It's been one year since we bought our house: April 1st to be exact.
It's been so full of life and fun that I can't believe one year has come and gone.
Of course, we didn't officially move in till May 31 but even still it's been a year of change.
Looking back, I see the painted walls that were once covered with wallpaper and paneling. I see the floors that were once tiled and covered with white old carpet, now fresh and new. I see the ceiling that were bare covered in crown. I see the backyard that was once a garden is now a playground for kids and beast.

I remember the sounds of the hammers, the compressors, the steamers, the drills, the saws, the crow bars, the paint rollers, the shovels, the brooms, the picks and the vacumms. Now I hear, the kids laughing, balls bouncing, dog barking, the dishes cleaning, the laundry turning, the baths running, ovens baking, people praising and a whole lot of sounds of life and love.
Instead of bare bones of a house, we have bedrooms full of goodness, living rooms and dining rooms all tucked in with beautiful things, toys and games, and all kinds of things occupying various places and spaces in our nook.
On the outside, we see, well, the newest addition: the cross.
Eddie had on his heart to light the palm tree with a cross for all to see. A reminder that no matter where or what we are doing to always praise Thee. (God Almighty)
Thank you all for your prayers and support and those who helped in making this house a home.
We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

We look forward to see what God has inshore for us this year.
