On the roof of the school....where it eventually landed for the last time. Sorry kiddos.

Today felt a little bit unproductive.
We had a difficult night before and the morning was proving to be a bit of a result of it: unproductive.
Since the drywaller was there working at the house, I decided to save the wall paper removal till after he left.
By the time I was able to head to the house, I got some hard news: a friend's husband passed away.
This through me into a bit of a daze and I just lost my motivation to work.
Life happens like that. You just don't know what's around the corner till you get there, and yet there is comfort that Jesus is there with you as you travel around.
Finally, Eddie and I met up and my energy got better.
As we were leaving to do some errands, I saw a letter in my garage.

It was sweet to know our neighbors will miss us. It's also sweet to know my kiddos made a wonderful impression of Jesus for them too.
Then if that encouragement wasn't enough, we ran into friends at Home Depot.
As the men talked, the women talked and the kiddos played everything Ninja. Lol
It was just a nice break away from the chaos and get encouraged in our journey.
It was a blessing.

Here Kenny is discussing baseboard options. Since, he's been woodworking more (barn doors, head boards, garden stuff) I just think we might need his help soon at the home front.
Anyway, not too much today, but just notes of encouragements to keep up for the next day in the life and time of the Sweet Ann's house.
