Day 35 was simply a day of rest.
As the drywaller was working on the home, it gave us a chance to regroup as a family and stay home.
I was able to prepare for Saturday's work day with Choc Chip Cookies, Cinnamon Rolls, and Pizza Crust. Ready Set Go
I realized we've pushed and pushed and pushed to get so much done. Now, we have to gear up for the final week of construction and finishing.
Hopefully, we will be in the house this week.
As I was once told, a home is a life long journey. I know it would have been nice to be like the show "Fixer Upper" where the house is completely finished when the couple moves it, but that's just now what we are doing.
We've made the home as livable as possible with our meager budget, and now time will on our side to do the other changes we desire.
