Now that your children have progress in development and independence, this stage brings less on the physical demands of a mother to the physical demands for their bouncy personalities.

Here are my thoughts on Summer...
Then there comes the suns rays and various time to play and
The summer season is characterized by lots of activity. Your kids are probably about school age to junior high age. Where summer tends to be the time of vacations and adventure, the mom is spun hustling her kids to this sports event, this dance recital, this church event and school functions. So much is pulling at her to go and do and keep going. Yet the kids are old enough that you can relax a bit from having to be completely hands on like in spring. You can let your kids play and do homework while you catch a show or read a few pages of a book. You get a little more mommy time, but you are still very much needed in the lives of your children.
