Keeping Healthy
I'm no gooroo about wellness, but I am slowly trying to be more conscious of it.
Two thing that I've found to help are Essential Oils and a pure skin care line.
I've provided two links to these places on their own blog pages.
Why essential oils? I found they really help.
At first I was skeptical about it but after using them for 3 years, I've found that they are my go to for health concerns. We use them for wounds, sicknesses, cold sores, PMS, focus, and simply to make me smile. Seriously the orange oil makes me smile.
I am learning more and more as I grow in this field. It's worth praying about and trying. It's made a difference in my life.
Why Arbonne?
When I found out what was in the main line of cosmetics, I was disgusted to say the least. Animal products from rendering plants, fats from greasy waste from restaurants!!! YUK I didn't want that on my face. Well, 10 years ago I started to sale Arbonne because of this reason. I stopped sale it when life was too busy with having kids. Now I don't really feel like a sales person just an Advocate of Awareness. Here is a alternate product to what it out there. Their focus is on safe, pure and beneficial.
Skin care can look different on others, so they've created a FC5 line that is for all skin types. I am happy share this side of wellness with you.
They also have a wellness side. I love their protein shakes that are non whey and have p-protien in them. A good alternative to whey protein that can bloat the stomach. lol
These two companies have been my go to for years. I feel free enough to tell you about them but also say, your journey in wellness is your own to control.
Of Course GOD IS THE ULTIMATE HEALER.
I believe that with all my heart.

Here is my confession. I LOVE WHEAT AND SUGAR.
I don't plan on leaving my baker life behind even thought I know they aren't the healthiest for you.
Just like you, we all have a choice to make.
If you want to go goo roo, then do it.
If you chose not too, then do it.
I try to aim for balance and a little adjusting here and there.
Eventually my aim is to do more non White Sugar recipes, but that's going to take some time.
Anyway, I just wanted to add this next section. I thought it was time so I did it.
